4 chicken breast halves, shredded
1 tsp veggie oil
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
1 garlic clove
1/2 tsp grated ginger
Add oil to fry pan and warm over medium heat. Add shredded chicken until warm. Combine and add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
