Salmon

Ingredients:
1 lb salmon
3 Tbs melted butter
1 cup Bread crumbs
1 Tbs Lemon pepper
1 Tbs Dried parsley flakes
3 Tbs Parmesan cheese
1 Tsp Thyme
1/2 Clove garlic
optional: 1 Lemon

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a plastic bag, mix all ingredients EXCEPT the fish, butter and fresh lemon. Bathe the fish in melted butter and immediately coat fish with bread crumb mixture. Place fish in the middle of a baking dish and cook approximately 30 minutes.
